CMAS Three Star Diver Course
Course Overview
A fully trained, experienced, and responsible diver who is considered competent to lead
other divers of any grade in open water dives.
Pre-requistes
Minimum age of 18.
CMAS Two Star Diver certified
40 logged dives since Two Star certification, 20 deeper than 30msw
Details of the course
The Three Star Diver course covers:
- Weather forcasting
- Boat handling
- Deep diving procedures
- Dive tables & decompression planning
- Leading other divers
Course duration and number of dives
The Three Star Diver course is a 8 day course and 12 dives are required.

Equipment requirement
The Three Star Diver course has no specific equipment requirement more than your
standard recreational dive gear. We do however require that all divers carry a spool, SMB
and wriste slate.
