CMAS Extended Range Diver Course
Course Overview
This course provides the understanding of subject matter relating to Extended Range diving
including accelerated decompression utilizing Nitrox mixtures or oxygen for dives up to
55msw that requires stage decompression. The objective of this course is to train divers in
proper techniques, and hazards of deep air diving.
Pre-requistes
Minimum age of 18.
Advanced Nitrox certified.
Two Star certified.
Proof of 50 logged Nitrox dives.

Equipment requirement
The Extended Range Diver course has uses a technical gear configuration. All students
must own or purchase a spool, SMB and wrist slate. We supply the double tanks,
decompression tanks and mixes, the decompression regulator and the oxygen analyser.
