CMAS Four Star Diver Course
Course Overview
A four star diver is a three star diver who has attained a higher than average level of
knowledge and ability supported by broad experience. He will be competent to use divers
and diving to achieve major tasks or project objectives.
Pre-requistes
Minimum age of 18.
CMAS Three Star Diver certified
100 logged dives since Three Star certification in various environments
Details of the course
The Four Star Diver course covers:
- All academics from One Star
- All academics from Two Star
- All academics fromThree Star
- All in-water skills free and scuba diving
Course duration and number of dives
The Four Star Diver course can be completed within 15 day but we highly recommend the
course to be run as an internship running over at least 30 days. 25 dives are required.

Equipment requirement
The Four Star Diver course has some specific equipment requirement more than your
standard recreational dive gear. The candidate needs to add to the standard kit a knife,
diving torche and note slate. We require that all candidates carry also a spool, SMB and
wriste slate Anatolia Speleological Society ( Anadolu Maaraclk Topluluu Dernei )
offers special Four Star Diver equipment packages for those interested.
