CMAS Cave II Diver Course
Course Overview
The course develops and establishes minimum skills, knowledge, dive planning and
preparation, problem solving procedures, swimming techniques, emergency procedures
and the basic abilities necessary to safely cave dive within limited penetrations, using
DOUBLE TANKS throughout. Mastering buoyancy control, working with a reel, a light, and
awareness in the cave is necessary to safely enjoy another dimension in cave diving.
Pre-requistes
Minumum age of 18.
Cave I diver certified.
Two Star diver certified.
Proof of 50 logged dives out of wich 4 are cavern dives after CD1 certification.

The Cave II diver course is a 3 day course and 4 dives are required.

Equipment requirement
The Cave II Diver course has some specific equipment requirement more than your
standard recreational dive gear. The Cave II Diver program requires 3 lights, spools
and main line, cutting devices and line arrow.
